What we collect
When you book a consultation or send us a message, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the topic you want to discuss, your preferred meeting type and time, and any notes you add.
How we use it
We use your information only to schedule and hold your consultation, contact you about it, and answer your questions.
When you book, we add the appointment to our Google Calendar and Google sends you a calendar invitation. For video meetings, Google creates a Google Meet link. Your name, email and appointment details are shared with Google for this purpose only, under Google's own privacy policy.
We use Google Calendar access only to check our own availability and to create, update or cancel the appointments you book. We don't use Google data for advertising, and we don't sell it or share it with anyone else.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run this website and our scheduling (our web host, Netlify, and Google Calendar), or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and message records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
